As a Project Developer you will ensure the highest quality consumer data on studies by designing world-class questionnaires based on client objectives/knowledge, and to serve as a liaison between the account team and the appropriate Operations departments. Responsibilities include, reviewing proposals and discussing design issues to ensure accurate field specifications are given to the Field Department; collaborating with analysts and client on basic study objectives, client issues, study design, and proposal with supervision from senior staff; scheduling and updating studies in the STAR database within appropriate study timeline; serving as a liaison between the client, account team and the appropriate Operations departments, with supervision from senior staff; translating client objectives and analyst data needs into survey questions, respondent sample, and interview designs, with supervision from senior staff; serving as the client contact on the questionnaire, test product, concept stimuli, and data collection; coordinating, communicating, and documenting all study issues, deadlines, schedules, and changes utilizing the appropriate tools; creating field materials as needed and reviewing concept stimuli, with supervision from senior staff; checking CAPI program; ensuring error-free columnization, as needed; keeping electronic version of questionnaire current during field; managing questionnaire translation process, as needed.
